Yes, we complete professional DOT/SAP evaluations and drug and alcohol evaluations in Georgia and in 24 other states. These are thorough assessments that comply with legal and employer requirements. For DOT/SAP evaluations, you will receive a copy of your written report with recommendations within 24 business hours of your 1-hour interview. For other drug and alcohol evaluations, you'll receive your written evaluation within 5 business days of completing your 1-hour interview via video or phone.
Q2) What Is the Process to Get Started With DOT/SAP Evaluation?
If you need an evaluation from our office, you can schedule your service online by clicking the selected service and paying your fees. Once complete, you'll receive intake paperwork to complete electronically including intake forms and a patient agreement. You'll receive a copy of your evaluation within 24 hours.
Q3) What Are the Costs for DOT/SAP Evaluations and Drug and Alcohol Counseling Services in Georgia?
DOT/SAP evaluations are $600, drug and alcohol evaluations are $300, and counseling sessions are $200 for a 50-minute session. If your employer is within our EAP network, the cost of your DOT/SAP evaluation may be covered by your employer. In order to provide the best possible support to our clients, our office does not accept insurance.
