Our Promise to You

-
We create a clear plan, not vague conversations.
Every client receives specific recommendations, defined goals, and measurable next steps designed to help you reduce use, achieve sobriety, and maintain stability over time.
-
We focus on progress that holds up in real life.
Our work addresses the behaviors, triggers, and decision-making patterns that keep addiction cycling, so you can function without relying on substances and build consistency at work, at home, and in relationships.
-
We support commitment, not perfection.
This practice is built for chronic drug and alcohol users who are ready to get off the roller coaster and do the work required to change, even when the process is uncomfortable.
What We Don’t Do

We don’t judge, even if you relapse.
Relapse is addressed honestly and directly, without shame, so you can learn from it and move forward.
-
We don’t tell you everything you want to hear.
This is not friendship or surface-level reassurance. We are your partner in sobriety, committed to your long-term outcome.

Q3) Can You Complete a Drug and Alcohol Evaluation Before an Upcoming Court Date and Provide Expert Testimony in Alabama?
Yes. In some cases, we can accommodate expedited drug and alcohol evaluations when there is a pending court date, subject to availability. Expedited services require advance notice, prompt scheduling, and payment of a $300 expedited fee, in addition to the standard evaluation cost. To proceed on an expedited basis, you must provide all requested collateral information immediately, as delays in records or documentation will impact turnaround time.

We also provide expert testimony for criminal and family court matters in Atlanta, Georgia, and applicable jurisdictions. Expert services are billed at $250 per hour, with a minimum prepaid retainer of four hours, payable by the client or retained counsel. Testimony and court-related work are provided professionally, objectively, and based on the findings of the evaluation and clinical expertise.

If you have an upcoming court deadline, we strongly recommend contacting us as soon as possible to discuss timelines and next steps.
Q4) Will I Receive a Diagnosis After a Drug and Alcohol Evaluation, and How Much Therapy Will Be Required in Montgomery, Alabama?
Whether you receive a diagnosis depends on the results of your drug and alcohol evaluation. We use validated clinical assessment tools, a comprehensive clinical interview, and collateral information when applicable, including input from family members, employers, or probation officers, to determine whether diagnostic criteria are met and to make appropriate treatment recommendations.

The amount of therapy required, if any, is based on clinical guidelines and your individual needs, not a one-size-fits-all approach. Our goal is to provide clear, defensible recommendations that support both accountability and long-term recovery.
