Driving Under The Influence (DUI)
Have you been charged or convicted with a DUI or DWI and need help with getting your driver's license reinstated?
I am a registered Clinical Evaluator and Treatment Provider professional approved by Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) for the DUI Intervention Program. No person may conduct clinical evaluations or provide substance abuse treatment to DUI offenders without first having obtained approval by DBHDD by undergoing stringent training and becoming a registered provider. I can schedule your appointment within 24 business hours and provide you a completed copy of your evaluation in as early as 72 business hours with expedited services.
Any person convicted of a DUI or DWI in the state of Georgia, or a licensed Georgia driver who gets a DUI in another state must successfully complete a Department of Drivers Services (DDS) approved DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program (DUI School) and undergo a Clinical Evaluation and, if recommended, complete a Substance Abuse Treatment Program.
A Clinical Evaluation is an assessment conducted by a Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) approved professional who is certified in the field of addiction. You must select a Clinical Evaluator from the DBHDD approved list.
